Schleifenbaum & Adler provides legal services in all aspects of compulsory auctions and compulsory execution, incl. debt collection. Our law firm represents the parties involved as creditors, both banks and corporate customers as well as private clientele. We perform the collection procedures and carry out the execution of enforceable judgements, settlements or other writs of execution by a variety of legal means, e.g. bailiffs, seizure of debts or other assets (e.g. company shares) or registration of a mortgage as security on a debtor’s estate. In need be, we sell these and other mortgages in the compulsory auction of the real property and attend receivership proceedings. Thanks to our membership in Consulegis EWIV we are also in a position to arrange for debt collection abroad, collaborating with local partners who we are in many cases personally acquainted with.
